Corporate policies in dispute resolution: The Role of In House Counsels in the Arbitration Process San José, March 8th, 2018

In joint efforts with the United States firm, Squire Patton Boggs, Batalla hosted an exclusive event for In house counsels of multinational companies in the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.

The event was directed by José Ricardo Feris, Partner of Squire Patton Boggs, and Róger Guevara, Partner of Batalla, who exposed topics such as the design and establishment of internal policies to solve arguments, best practices drafting the clause related to dispute resolution and the management of arbitrations and strategies to execute a successful arbitration.
