Dr. Ignacio Monge is an expert in the areas of corporate law as well as civil and commercial contracts. He holds a Doctorate degree in Commercial Law, member of the Civil and Commercial Commission and the Excellence Commission of the Costa Rican Bar Association, who has an ample background and experience representing clients and multinational companies in these law areas. Dr. Monge is author of several law books, a recognized lecturer in national and international conferences and also a professor at the main private universities in Costa Rica where he teaches law courses – at Postgraduate and Master levels- of Corporate Law, International Transactions and Commercial Contracts for lawyers, students, judges and Notary Publics.
