Marco joined the firm in 2010 and since then, he has advised local and international clients on complex Administrative and Regulatory Law issues, with special emphasis on government procurement, Competition and Consumer Law, and Telecommunications. He also has extensive experience in litigation related to the State, both in administrative proceedings and in contentious-administrative judicial proceedings.
Marco has been a speaker at multiple conferences and seminars, and actively participates in business associations and chambers on issues related to his knowledge and experience.
He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, UCCAEP (Telecommunications Commission), Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW), Business Network International (BNI), and Soft Landing World (SLW).
