Karolina has extensive experience managing family businesses, which allows her to give outstanding and comprehensive advice to local and foreign companies from a legal and business perspective. She is dedicated to advising companies on issues related to restructuring and estate planning through the implementation of trusts and holding structures.

Additionally, due to her expertise in family businesses, she provides advice in the preparation of Family Protocols, Implementation of Family Board and Family Council, Professionalization of Family Business, and Family Office.

As part of the corporate practice, she is usually in charge of contract preparation and has vast experience in due diligence projects
