Krisly has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation. Over the years she has participated in complex matters, advising local and international clients regarding breach of contracts, civil liability cases, consumer law and collection procedures. 

Krisly has a deep understanding of Procedural Law. As part of the Public Law Practice, she advices and accompanies clients in public procurement procedures, as well as administrative proceedings and litigations. 

Krisly proactively identifies the needs of the client. Her professionalism, leadership and empathy allow her to provide effective and complementary advice tailored to fit the objectives of the matter at hand. Her work with clients has let her develop her knowledge on a manifold range of industries, such as consumer goods; telecommunications; government and real estate.

Law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica with emphasis in Technology, E-Commerce and Telecommunications (2019) with honorable mention of her bachelor thesis.

Specialist in Commercial Law from Universidad de Costa Rica (2022).
