LUCÍA GONZÁLEZ

Trade, Logistics and Customs Specialist

Lucía is an expert in international business and customs. She has more than sixteen years of experience in consulting and advising domestic and international businesses in terms of international business, market access, free trade zone, business developments and technical topics for customs processes. 

She also has more than ten years of teaching experience at the Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad Nacional, Universidad Estatal a Distancia, and technical colleges.

She is an ICC Official Trainer for INCOTERMS® 2020 in Costa Rican and Colombian Chapters. She is an active member of the AMCHAM Trade & FDI Committee, chair of the Operational and Customs Committee of the AZOFRAS, and member of ACACIA, CRECEX and others trade associations.

Degree in Customs Administration and International Business from the University of Costa Rica (2008).

Master’s Degree in Leadership from the National University (2015).
