Sergio has been part of Batalla since 2009. He is recognized for his attention to detail, having an interest in getting to know our clients’ business, and procuring a close relationship with them.

With a business-friendly vision, Sergio advises national and international clients in their matters related to Corporate, Business and Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate. In addition, he has had ample experience in Dispute Resolution, both in litigation and negotiation. Formerly, he served as Professor of Law at the Universidad Latinoamericana de las Ciencias y Tecnología (ULACIT). 

Law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica (2006) 

Master of Laws (LLM) specializing in Economic Law and Foreign Trade from Europa-Institut der Universität des Saarlandes - Germany (2008).
